Junk vs. Good

Hey there guys, hope you are all having a great day so far today! Alright, so today I wanted to talk about good food vs junk food and how I go about navigating that and still staying on track. I have finally reached the weight that I was at when I got pregnant two years ago and we had our loss. I am really happy that I finally got to my weight from before and I want to keep my weight there and go even lower to a healthier weight as well.


Okay, so there is a little trick that I like to use and here it is: moderation! I try to make the healthier choices and then I do have my times when I eat snacks. I always try hard to keep a good diet and eating proper portions is so helpful. I was told by my doctor that portions should not be bigger than my fist because that is what my stomach can take. I hope that you guys know that to be healthier you do not have to cut out all the junk food you just have moderate how much you eat and I cannot say this enough but drink more and more water.


Drinking lots of water keeps you hydrated and flushes out your system as well. I would say that you can do a lot of good with drinking lots of water for your body. This stuff seems like that is too much cause to be honest that is how I felt at the beginning but once you get use to making these kinds of changes in your everyday life it becomes like second nature. This is kind of stuff needs to be done on a more realistic scale, well at least that is how I feel. I keep things small and attainable for myself when changing things up and making things work for me. Small victories lead to big victories and so and so forth.
