Hey there everyone how is everyone doing today? I hope you are all doing well and having a great day and staying healthy and safe! All right today I wanted to talk about gratitude and what that means for my life and 2 easy ways that you can start to lead with your life with gratitude! I want to start by saying that this is something to that can be harder to hold on to when you are in a darker place but if you can hold on to it then it can really pull you out of the dark spots in life. I hope that this helps you and that you are able to use these things consistently in your life.
Okay, so I have a large list that I am grateful for and those things are: my family, my health, my work, my blog, my hubby's health, all the effort he puts into life everyday, our fur baby, and all the work that I put into take care of my family and enjoy my life to the fullest! That is my list and I practice reminding myself of this list when I have my bad days because I mean I am still human and don't always have rainbows and twin flames and all that stuff on a daily basis and to be even more honest that is not real. In my opinion at least being so overly happy is not real because we all have our days and that is what makes me feel like a normal human being because being one of too much one way or the other takes so much energy and is just not sustainable long term and I mean long term as in the rest of your life. Remember that when you have your bad days you will also have good days and the hard part is to see the good through the bad moods and not letting the bad days ruin your day. That is a skill that is learned over time of working on yourself and right now is a time that you can do all of that and do it for you so that you are able to take care about yourself.
All right here are the tips that I have found really easy to use when I started leading my life with gratitude. I have done both of these and to be honest like I have mentioned before I have had my bad days and have had some really low moments in my life and these tips have helped me want to get up everyday and given me a little motivation to keep moving forward! Plus these are easy and simple ways to do it. (I am sure you see a theme on my blog things are simple and easy here cause I mean lets be honest I live to make my life easier as I get older since I have been through it in my past!)
#1: write out a list of the good things in your life and put it somewhere you will see it everyday and won't be able to avoid it. This list can be however long or short as you would like for it to be and if you can only think of one thing then you can put that because this is going to be what works best for you and what works for where you are in your life and heart and life.
#2: record a list on your phone and listen to it every morning when you are getting ready so that you can really lead your day with gratitude for all that you do have in your life. Now, this recording can be just you listing off a few accomplishments and what good things to you that you have in your life. Then list the things that or something that is special and important to you and you want for your life in the near future and then in the far future.
These are my two tips and they have really got me through some dark moments by showing my even the smallest amount of light. I hope that they help you and get you moving on your path to a better future and better place in your life.
