Lean on me, when you're not strong...

Hey there guys! I hope everyone is having a good day and I hope that you are all staying positive and are being safe and are still healthy. I have been getting questions left and right about how I try to be accepting and understanding all the people that I interact with on a daily basis.

So, I thought that I would put this on the blog. I have a motto that I go by with my life and that is: put out into the world what you want to see in the world. I take this with all that I do in life when it comes to family and friends, business, and everything that I do in my life. I want to see the world be a better place for the future that is going to come into being for the next generation. I want to see a world where people do not have to feel shame or embarrassment for the choices that you make in your life. No one should ever, in my opinion, feel like they are walking around like they are on trial and the other people in the world are the jury for their life. I like getting to know people and when I say that I mean actually getting to know people like taking an interest in the person and what they like. I have found that when I foster relationships like this they last longer and are always stronger.

I try to be understanding of things that I know nothing about or things that do not agree with when it comes to the preferences or things that I value and believe in my life. Just learning how other people go about life is interesting and when we find common ground it makes it into an amazing new connection that has the potential to turn into a long lasting relationship. That brings me to my next point when I have things in common with people it makes an easier time for me to keep a positive attitude. I do my best to always look on the bright side of things because I feel like it is a good skill to practice on a daily basis. I find that me personally it helps me have a brighter outlook on life and everything that happens in my life. This helps me practice a attitude of gratitude in the morning and I do that because it helps me have a good pace to the day.

This helps me especially when I am having a hard time like after a failed attempt with a cycle or when things do not go as fast with my work and I would like for them to go. I try to say a prayer of or just give thanks for all the amazing things that I have in my life and all that is going on in my life. I can say that I have many blessings in my life and I have worked really hard to get to a good place with my self confidence in my life. I am so blessed to have a good life that allows me to do the great things that I am now able to do. I hope to accomplish some more projects this year and hope to welcome a new addition in my life but for now I am just happy with what I do have like my amazing husband and our little fur baby, our family, our health, our work and this blog and the chance that it gives me to turn it into a business of my own. I also know now what I want in my life and I am so happy with what I have accomplished in my life and all the good things that are coming to my life.

A few other things that I try to do is be present when listening to someone or spending time with people. I do not like to pull out my phone unless I have to when I am having lunch or meeting up with anyone. My family and I do not even bring our phones out at the table when we have dinner together because we were taught at a very early age that when you sit to have a meal with someone it is quality time and we should give people that time. I like to do things like that to get to a more understanding place with people and it also is just funner to me to do that. I have a lot more laughs and I am able to make a lot more great memories with people like that. A few other things I will go over in another post on things I do to stay in a positive healthy mind, soul, emotional, and physical state of being, but for now that is all I have for you guys. Till next time!

XOXO
