Monthly Reflection!

Hey there everyone I hope that you are having a great day so far and a great week so far too. Okay, so this week is going to be a little different since it is a new month but next week we are going back to my regular posting schedule. For this post I wanted to do a quick on eon my reflection of the last month. For me at least it was a hectic month full of really high highs and really low lows. I had some struggles with my this last month but I think that I was still able to handle them well.

This post I think I will start with my lowest low was that I had a hard time with my depression and anxiety and it was all over how the things are looking with lockdown and how things have been working with every where and all that. I also have all the normal stressors on top of it and my insomnia has been acting up as well so I haven't been sleeping properly. All these things combined have weighed heavy on my mind and it has caused me to have a hard time working through my depression and anxiety. Even so, I have found it nice to be able to write and work out and meditate so that I can help myself work through it. Which now leads me into my highest high which is a few things like working out and eating better and meditating and all that. I have also had some success in the financial world and we have decided to try naturally again to get pregnant and just take a break. I am also thinking of taking up the piano again as well. Those were some of my highs this past month and to be honest there were more highs then lows just that when I get hit with a low it hits me hard.

I feel like things are only going to get better for me from now on out. I feel a sense of positivity and love all the beautiful things that I think our coming our way. I hope that even if we have hard times this next month or rest of this year that we will be just fine and we will just be able to enjoy our time together. That is my hope for the next month.
