My 5 daily must dos!

Hey there guys! Okay, so today I wanted to talk about what the 5 things are that I do on a daily basis! I try to stick to doing these things no matter what and there is a reason for that as well. The reason I try to stick to doing these five things no matter what is because when you do that you give yourself a routine and if you give yourself a routine you automatically start to become more organized!

Let's dive in then, so the first thing I do in the morning when I wake up is turn off my alarm because this keeps me accountable to myself when keeping a good sleep schedule which gives me a great start to the day. The next thing is I take my temp for my BBT and that is because my hubs and I are trying to have a baby and I also chart any morning symptoms as well which is more like a check in for my body! That is already to two things done in the morning and I haven't even gotten out of bed yet.

Then I get out of bed and get my personal hygiene done, you know like brushing my teeth and all that. When that is done I go get dressed and get ready for my morning walk with my dog and hubs if he is home by then. Then when we get back I make some breakfast and I get caught up on my news through The Skimm and have a cup of coffee as well. That is my 5 daily must dos, now I know that at least 2 of them sound like well duh why wouldn't I do that but for me at least if I can start my day off early and get all those things done before I sit down to work then it helps set the tone for the rest of my day. Also, the things that I like to do is get some kind of physical activity done in the morning so that I get the blood flowing which is why I like taking my dog for a walk in the morning.

I also like to stay current on what is happening in world and for me that is always a good thing to read while I am having my coffee. I do not like to get to work right when I get up because I find it ruins my flow if I do that and just throws off my whole day especially because I work from home. See there is method behind my madness. I do these things not matter what and there is never an exception even if I am on vacation. I have found that having a daily routine is the best way to deal with the everyday stresses that life can throw at you.
